Boston Price Increase
On May 1st 2024, the prices of all Boston pianos will go up.
Building to a quality standard.
As the costs of superior lumber & materials used to make a Boston rise, Steinway is obliged to increase the prices on the entire line up of Boston pianos.
“Like with Steinway, we don’t “build to a price point” with Boston pianos, but rather, to a quality standard. In the way that we feel that today’s Steinway pianos are the world’s finest handcrafted pianos, we feel that Boston pianos are the world’s finest production pianos. When costs such as the finest materials increase, we work closely with our production partner Kawai to limit the impact. However, ultimately, we are compelled to increase the prices of our pianos in order for Boston pianos to continue to be built using the very best materials and to the highest possible standards.
