We also house a variety of used pianos taken in trade, of all makes. Our showroom is inviting, and is a mecca for the piano enthusiast. 6. COMMUNITY CONNECTION If you are not convinced that you or your child will enjoy the piano long term, our Sales Consultants can help to assess your needs and recommend a piano teacher or program. Please bring up and discuss your preferences and any concerns with our Sales Consultants. We have established relationships with hundreds of piano teachers in the Edmonton area and beyond, and are happy to refer a variety of piano teachers for your selection.

7 . THE STEINWAY PROMISE
For 10 years following your purchase, you can trade your Boston or Essex piano from Piano Centre back to us, and receive the full price you paid for it toward the purchase price of any new piano of greater value. (This is assuming the piano is in good condition, reasonable wear and tear excepted, and no major repair work is required.)
8. WARRANTIES AND GUARANTEES
Every piano at Piano Centre Edmonton has a warranty. New Steinway pianos are warranted for 5 years. Boston pianos and Essex pianos are warranted for 10 years. Our Pre-Owned pianos carry a warranty as well.

If at any point your piano requires tuning or servicing we would be happy to have our qualified technician take care of you. We do in home tunings, appraisals, repairs, and almost any service that a piano may require over its lifetime. Our Sales Consultants are experts and are able to guide you through the piano ownership process. We will always make recommendations for best practices on piano maintenance, and upkeep.
